Non- Academic Misconduct
When joining Edinburgh Napier University, you are expected to behave in a reasonable and proper manner. You will be required to respect the University’s Student Code Regulations and Student Charter.
Any report of breach of the code of conduct will lead to an investigation and potential disciplinary action undertaken by the University.
Depending on the seriousness of the breach, you may receive:
- A warning
- An invitation to a summary hearing
- An invitation to the University Disciplinary Committee
Penalties imposed range from a written warning to expulsion from the university.
