Volunteers will carry out household tasks free of charge to people over the age of 60 or who have a disability. Our volunteers offer a Technical Handyperson Service providing a range of skills from, set up of TV/DVD/Freeview/Digital boxes, setting up printers, downloading skype, first line PC fixers, uploading photos from a camera, setting up telephone or voicemail.
Hit Squad volunteers help support clients to decorate their new home.Working in teams of volunteers alongside the client, two rooms will be decorated and the client gains painting experience and emotional support.This opportunity takes place over a full day and we ask a commitment of once a month
